Responsibilities :
· Manage, prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Work with cross-disciplinary teams to bring toys idea from prototype to production.
· Manage goodies project development in collaboration with the sourcing team.
· Responsible for quality control during production.
· Communicate regularly with clients on project progress.
· Communicate status and manage schedule.
· Define processes to improve project execution efficiency.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or arts. An engineering background, especially previous plastic injection experience will be preferred.
· Familiarity with MS Office.
· Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin. French is a bonus.
· 2+ years of project, product, or program management experience.
· Photography and photoshop skill is a plus.
· Good knowledge of the world of video games / movies and good artistic sense required.
· Knowledge of printing techniques and materials is a plus.
· Knowledge on fabric, clothing is a plus.
