CreaStyle is looking forward to open its first branch in Beijing to develop business in the region.
Responsibilities:
A. Sales Development
· Manage and edit prospect database,
· Managing client relations from initial sales meetings, ongoing account management, after-sales service and follow-up,
· Achieving Sales target and department objectives,
· Work closely with Design and Production department to develop new collections for customers,
· Traveling to meet with customer for promotion and business development ,
· Handle after-sales related issues to meet clients’ needs,
B. Regional Office Set-up & Development
· Daily updates and editing on CRM and Accounting Software tools,
· Work along with CreaStyle GM to manage existing and create new marketing tools relevant to Beijing Region,
· Building/Managing team of 1 intern after 3 months, 2 Staffs after 6 to 9 Months;
Requirements:
· Bachelor/Master degree holder or equivalent in related disciplines,
· Minimum 3-5 years working experience,
· Previous Sales or Account Management experience would be beneficial,
· Must be willing to travel (Weekly in Region, Monthly to Shanghai),
· Previous fashion or hospitality experience is a plus,
· Excellent in both spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus,
· Self-motivated with excellent communication skills,
· Excellent presentation,
