    Exclusive Foods started operations in Hong Kong as a premium importer and distributor of frozen high grade desserts from France. The company experienced a rapid grow and acceptance that the product lines were expanded to desserts preparations, canapés, bread layers, cocktails breads, muffins and IQF frozen fine herbs.

    Currently we are proud to supply top quality foodstuff to the main Hotels, Caterers, Renowned Leisure Parks, Supermarket chains and Restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

    To cope with our rapid growth, we are inviting high calibers to apply for the following position:


    Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (South China – based in Guangzhou)


    Sales and Marketing Duties:
    • To achieve business targets through strategic management of Food Service accounts (Restaurants, Catering Companies, Private Clubs, Hospitals, Coffee Shops, etc.). Taking care of the current customer base and creating a new customer portfolio
    • To build Str0ng relations with current and potential key accounts by sales visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
    • To support on the creationof sales plans and budgeting
    • To guarantee effective sales follow up considering as well forecast, new orders placements and inventory
    • To create pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand for new products
    • To collect market intelligence information of consumer trends and behavior, as well as monitor competitors’ activities to improve marketability and profitability.
    • Plan trade activities within the given budget and resources to maintain business exposure.

    Requirements:
    • 3-5 years solid sales experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry
    • Track record of experience in selling food/wine & spirits, particularly to hotels, clubs and western restaurant chains are preferred;
    • Well organized, self-motivated, positive, service-oriented, customer-focused and multitask;
    • Dynamic, able to work under pressure;
    • Excellent influencing, good team player with Str0ng interpersonal, leadership, presentation and communication skills;
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
    • Excellent customer-service attitude
    • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
    • Global mindset; thinking and acting both local and global needs - familiar with western lifestyle is an advantage;
    • Degree holder, or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Retail Management or related disciplines;
    • Regular travels in South China region
    • Less experience or academic may be considered as Sales Executive.
