We are Multinational firm that provides consulting and services in Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management.

We are seeking to enlarge our team in Shanghai with a hard-working and reliable individual to take on this challenging but rewarding position of:
Interior Designer/ Space Planning (Office Fit-Out)

Job Description
Shall be one of the key members of the Design team and will be reporting directly to the Design Director:


-Preparation, implementation and follow-up of all the Fit-out Program in terms of functional requirements, headcounts and technical needs
-Good experience in Design (Concept & Detailed Design) and good potential of creativity
-Procurement knowledge (contractors offers analysis, bidding process…etc) would be appreciated
-Good knowledge in monitoring fit-out projects. In case of Project Management assignment, The Interior Designer will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities and efforts of contractors to ensure construction is completed within schedule, cost, quality and safely; PM skills would be highly appreciated
-Good skills in the following softwares: Autocad, Microsoft Project (schedules), Photoshop are mandatory
-Additive knowledge in following softwares would be highly appreciated: Sketchup, 3D Max
-Good command of English language (spoken and written)
-Good team player

-Native Chinese
-Personality: honest and internationally minded
-Spoken and written fluency in English is a MUST: ability to communicate fluently in meetings of an international team, on the telephone and in negotiations
-Command of French is a plus

Salary: Negotiable
