As a key account manager, part of your role is to coordinate every mission between the Operations Team and our Clients and to develop existing business. At the beginning of each survey, you debrief the Operations Manager on the requirements, you then regularly follow up by participating to the Operations Meetings. Beside that, you are in regular contact with our existing clients, you work on the renewal of existing contracts, you propose new services to our clients. You are optimistic, confident, and above all, hard working. Speaking Chinese is a plus.
