Mission statement : Following the company’s commercial policy, the Shanghai Store Wine Humidor Wine Specialist develops and optimizes business result through effective customer approach and selling skills as well as professionally managing the wine area in terms of presentation, stock, in- or out store events, direct promotions and ordering
Role :
1. Under the leadership of his Dept Head and the Head Office Wine Specialist, will manage the Shanghai Store Wine Humidor (prestige wines and spirits)
2. Work on results with a salary partly based on commission
3. Through the daily customer contact of the local market opening business with Hotel Canteen Restaurant and Institutional buying Central.
4. Through a professional customer approach achieving the criteria of building a category which is most preferred and the primary choice by the targeted customers.
Organize regular high level wine events together with suppliers and partners
Candidates specification :
1 A special wine degree from overseas or confirmed high level wine job experience
2 Young graduated – junior profile.
3 Str0ng focus on customer needs and result orientation
4 Fluent English, some Chinese is an advantage
5 Accountable, take initiatives and can work under pressure.
Experience in Hotel Canteen Restaurant will be an advantage
Salary : Negociable + Commission
