Reports to:Managing Partner of centdegres Shanghai
Contract:VIE or local
SUMMARY
I.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Plan and implement the commercial, marketing and PR activities of the agency in Shanghai
-Approach potential clients through various channels and lead new business meetings
-Maintain and develop a computerized clients and prospects database
-Carry out market research, competitors and client surveys
-Identify PR opportunities, develop relationships with journalists and submit press releases
-Identify and participate in events that will promote the awareness of the agency
-Regional mission in HongKong, South Korea, Japan
II. GENERAL REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Education:University/Business School
Skills:
. Organisation and planning skills
. Autonomous
. Service and sales oriented
. Str0ng communication skills
. Anticipation, proactive, multi-tasking and decision-making to prioritize tasks
. Excellent writing skills in English (and French if possible, Chinese is a plus)
. Interest in Press, Luxury, Art, Fashion
Software knowledge:
. Windows Office 2000 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Languages:
. English (Fluent)
. Mandarin (Fluent or advanced)
. French (If possible)
Working experience:
2 year-experience preferably in Design or the Luxury industry
Qualities:
. Diplomacy
. Optimistic personality
