Platane, famous Shanghainese concept store, was created 4 years ago by a French former lawyer and an Australian former “Vogue” fashion editor. This western-Chinese brand owns 2 shops and manages the first Robert Le Heros Chinese corner. As a reference on the Chinese market, Platane is rapidly growing and both Chinese and Western journalists love its products. Platane is seeking to strengthen its dynamic team with an intern who wants to get involved in a great and challenging project.
Responsibilities
- Marketing and communication: Working closely with the sales and business development manager, you will implement a marketing and communication plan for Shanghai World Expo.
- Follow-up of the computer system for shop management: The system has been implemented: You will take over the relationship with the IT contractor to optimize the system. You will be the link with the shops assistant, the shop manager, the administrative assistant and the purchase assistant in order to have a system that better suits to their needs.
- Sales and results analysis, competitors analysis and benchmark, business intelligence
- Public relations and press: Working closely with the sales and business development manager, you will implement a press book, make sure to keep close relationships with fashion and home-deco journalists.
Platane is a small company. You will be very quickly at the heart of the decision, have responsibilities and work closely with the sales and business development manager and the shop founder and owner.
