Je leur ai envoye un petit mail pour, peut etre, les motiver a etre un peu moins idiots:
Hello,
I just saw a window popup from Astrill telling me "Hey, come on check our new prices, they are lower than before, Yay!"
So I thought, "well, that's great news" and decided to check for myself on your website.
"99USD for the "cheapest" package? WTF, I guess there is a mistake, they just announced me 5 minutes ago that the prices were lower, they couldn't possibly throw such obvious and dishonest lie to my face like that, they probably respect too much their paying customers to do that kind of marketing scams" That's what I thought during the first 2 minutes.
Then, after continuing to search on the website for cheaper plans, I just came to the conclusion that, yes, indeed, you are taking us, your paying customers for years, for idiots.
99 dollars is not cheaper than 69 dollars, and the miserable "3 more devices" option included doesn't justify such a huge gap because most people don't actually need it. Oh, and stealth option was already included for free in the standard package before.
So, please either actually lower your prices, or let your users choose the options they actually need and pay accordingly. Either case, I would recommend you to avoid taking your customers for idiots, that never really pays off on the long run.
N'hesitez pas a faire pareil
