SALES MANAGER ASIA
Singapore
SOCAPS ASIA Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Manager to develop its activities in Asia. The position is offered in Singapore under local contract or VIE status. The zone is including Asia Pacific, Australia, India, China and Japan.
The scope of work includes :
* BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Based on actual and potential customers, business development to increase sales on actual account or new account on the Asia Zone in SOCAPS group key industries (Packaging, machinery, oil & Gaz…)
- Relationship with Key Account in Asia activities follow up and global contracts deployment.
* FREELANCE TECHNICIANS RECRUITEMENT: Identify, contact, recruit, freelance technicians on the zone and make them join SOCAPS as a member
* PROJECTS & TECHNICAL TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- On site activities distance follow-up: logistics, travel, customer satisfaction
- Freelance technicians follow up: administrative, technical and managerial aspects.
* ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS COMPLIANCE : Follow up with central administrative team of the administrative aspect (Visas, travel, quotes, payments…)
* MARKETING / COMMUNICATION: Market surveys, trade shows, competitor’s analysis…
The expected profile :
* B to B sales experience
* Technical culture and/or industrial experience
* Fluent in English and French. Advanced in Chinese Mandarin
* An experience in food and beverage / packaging industries is appreciated.
