Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Take full responsibilities of quality assurance, and continuous improvement of products;
- Primarily responsible for the leadership, coordination and providing quality support on projects;
- Identify and resolve potential purchasing problems (terms, price, quality and delivery);
- Ensure product quality through control plans;
- Follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery;
- Coordinate the product project plan;
- Responsible for the manufacture of the prototypes and participate in setting up the technical file;
- Optimize the development of cost of products;
- Implement necessary methods for mass production and ensure the product quality;
- Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of new product from the component feasibility stage through production ramp;
- Partner with R&D department in Germany/Switzerland to follow the development of new product until mass production with respect of the schedule;
- Manage the continuous improvement on activities;
- Manage key account suppliers and risk in supply;
- Assess supplier readiness to support build events and mass production, identify potential execution issues and provide recommendations to mitigate risk;
- Negotiate with suppliers for quotation and quality issues of existing and new products;
- Manage the suppliers on a continuous improvement on social responsibility and quality;
- Source new potential suppliers according to company requirements to improve your panel;
- Develop the QC and Product Development team to build up organization structure and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above with Engineering or other relevant Education Background;
- Above 5 years’ experience covering Quality Control, Production Management, Project Management, or Supplier Management;
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, German is a plus;
- Team player, service-oriented, and have good communication and negotiation skills;
- Work with autonomy and under pressure, like to face new challenges;
- Able to handle responsibility independently;
- Hands-on and practical, Str0ng energy and passion;
- Fit in well in an international and flat organization with open communication;
- Enthusiastic about sporting goods.
