1/ Outre la production d'un bail original dans un immeuble en classe A par le locataire , le proprietaire des locaux doit produire une attestation emanant des services fiscaux prouvant que toutes les taxes concernant la location de son bien sont acquittees , et doit se rendre avec sa piece d'identite aux services de securite dont emane la demande , qui produira le certificat necessaire .
2/ Transcriptions des statuts et des pieces admnistratives de la ste Etrangere par un notaire Chinois agree par le gouvernement .
3/ Transcription et validation des certificats bancaires ,passeports ,preuve de payement des taxes ,preuves de domicile dans le pays d'origine, copie id ,copie visa permanent pour HK (si votre boite a son siege a HK par exemple ) ,en chinois par un notaire agree par le gouvernement chinois dans le pays d'origine de la ste .
4/Production du cursus universitaire et professionel traduit en Chinois .
5/Description detaillee de vos business en Chine , en chinois c'est evident .
