We are looking for new Sales Manager for APAC to follow with our existing clients and develop partnership with new clients in this area.

Job Responsibilities

- Take over existing portfolio of customers in Asia Pacific
- analysis of previous sales (direct – cross dock / furniture – sofa – PEM / margin level / typology and style of products)

- Define the sales strategy according to the objectives. Try to offer 1 offer to another client.

- list out the potential products to develop in our range to catch more opportunites

- Manage KPI (margin, turnover, etc.)

- Develop business with new and existing clients in Asia Pacific

- Work closely with sourcing, logistic, procurement and accounting team

- Attend trade exhibitions and visit current and potential customers

Job Requirements

- Master Degree in International Business

- 2~5 year experience in international sales

- Familiar with Furniture and Decoration products

- Fluent in English

- Rigorous, proactive, autonomous and very good communication skills. Sense of Humor is a plus J

- Based in Shenzhen @ Cafom Sourcing Office

- Willing to travel abroad 30~40% of his time, the candidate who can easily obtain visa for APAC will be preferable.

- Fixed salaries + bonus + advantages according to profile and experience
