We are looking for a accounting supervisor.
Office is located at Wuzhong Rd and Hong Mei Rd. (吴中路虹梅路）
Job responsibilities:
1. Cash management
2. Accounting voucher in Kingdee Software
3. Timely entry the voucher of monthly reimbursement
4. monthly close and group reports
5. Basic Finance Analysis
6. Invoice issues in time(VAT and Export Invoice7. Communicate with other team and department on accounting issue
8. United annual audit by government
9. Communicate with other team and department on accounting issue
10. Other assistant work
Qualifications:
1. College degree , major in Accounting/Finance. Must hold accounting license
2. Well versed with finance system. Such as Kingdee etc
3. Above 3-5 years of finance experience in foreign investment company
4. Good command of French and English (oral & written)
5. Str0ng PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word
6. Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
7. Mature, independent, positive and Str0ng sense of responsibility,
8 . Able to work under pressure

3、处理进出口业务的单据和财务事宜、外汇核销管理
4、银行人民币业务和国际业务对外付款
5、开具增值税发票及企业税务工作
6、员工薪酬、个税、福利管理
7、现金管理
8、了解财务软件系统
8、企业联合年检及其他类似政府沟通工作等
职位要求：
1、财会专业大学专科及以上学历者，具有全面的财务专业知识，具有中级会计师证书
2、良好的法语及英语水平（最好有法企工作经验）
3、熟练的计算机操作（Microsoft Excel, Word）、熟悉财务系统操作
4、熟悉国家会计法规和会计准则，了解税务法规和相关税收政策
5、三-五年以上全面财务工作经验，有进出口业务实际操作经验
6、性格平和，诚实正直，工作严谨，关注细节，独立并有责任感
7、良好的统计和分析能力，良好的沟通技巧
8、能够在压力下工作
