    We are looking for the Ambassador of an innovative Gastronomic Business Model that will be launched in October 2015.

    Who we are and what we do:

    Fre(N)sh - (French and Fresh) is a company incorporated in Hong Kong that will start operations in October 2015. The company will focus on two business models that both aim at delivering high-end culinary delight to different types of clients:

    • The first Business Model will consist in preparing fine French LunchBoxes on a daily basis, with fresh and unconditionally sourced ingredients. Only 2 menus per day are envisaged.

    • The second Business Model will consist in acting as a Chef at Home for fancy French dinings at Clients places.

    Fre(N)sh's focus is on fine French Food and we have desire to highlight French regional specialties. In this regards, you may have to participate in French food events.

    Who you are:

    • Acting as an Ambassador of French Gastronomy for our brands, you have in-depth knowledge of high-quality and regional French food specialties;
    • You have outstanding communication skills both in French and English (Cantonese is a plus) and the sincere desire to deliver the best of your professional skills in the framework of an ambitious project;
    • You have 3-5 years work experience in upper/luxury gastronomy (Michelin-starred restaurant(s)) - A title granted during a culinary competition is a Str0ng asset;
    • You are up-to-date with modern cuisine trends (and experiment with new techniques) while having a good understanding of the classics;
    • Experience working in private events/functions (private parties, dinner parties, canape events, banquets, weddings etc.) is a plus;
    • Autonomous and hard worker, you demonstrate leadership skills and are able to manage a team of 3 commis with the objective to meet strict deadlines;
    • You should have a sharp eye for detail, exceptionally high presentation standards and are willing to create unique dining experiences for our customers.
