Our client is a Business Advisory Group with a well-established presence in China for more than 15 years. Our client is headquartered in Shanghai and has offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, London and correspondents in Dubai, Italy and in the US. Our client Group employs over 100 professionals between international and Chinese consultants, fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Mandarin.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
• The candidate would have experience in assisting foreign clients in foreign direct investments in PRC including HK SAR gained in a top tier Chinese or international law firm or consulting firm.
• Deep knowledge of PRC Company Law, JV laws, WFOE laws, Labor and IP law. Experienced in managing Due Diligence on site intervention and drafting of reports, MoU, LoI and any type of commercial agreements.
• The candidate shall supervise a team of foreign and local legal consultants and shall liaise with CPA and auditors where necessary.
• PRC bar admission, studies abroad and command in other European languages strongly appreciated.
• Provide project management and work closely with different internal line of services as well as external parties in the course of providing our clients services;
• Develop new and existing client relationships;
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above;
• Chinese or Italian (speaker) or French (speaker);
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience;
• Sound project management skill with Str0ng business sense;
• Good commend of both written and spoken English;
• Overseas working experience is a plus;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant personality, willing to communicate with different parties, mature and stable
• Willingness to learn
