Unfortunately I am moving out my cosy apartment situated in Fuxing Zhong Lu / Ruijin Er Lu.
Really nice neighborhood, 1 min from Sinan Motion, 5 min from Huaihai lu, lots of small restaurants and bars around this area.
It is fully furnished with new furniture: washing machine, oven, fridge, dehumidifier, sofa, cupboard, bed, hot light in the shower which is big, TV...
Ground floor with a small terrace (one table + 2 chairs). The apartment is really bright.
The landloard is really arranging and reactive for any request.
