We seek a full time Sourcing Specialist for our fast-paced environment.
Job description:
The sourcing specialist will mainly have to communicate in English with worldwide vendors for purchase of services as well as communicate with internal project management team, resource management team and financial team, to ensure outsourcing cost meets targets and the integrity of the purchasing process.
Job requirements:
• Ability to negotiate and make connections will be mandatory.
• Ability to research complex purchase issues.
• Native English speakers or almost native command of English is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and their functions.
• Knowledge of Chinese could be a big advantage, but not required.
• MUST have a min. Bachelors degree.
• Candidate must be proactive, self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
THE POSITION IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ONE, PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY
