We are looking for 3 people to take our beautiful apartment over. It is located near People’s Square and has everything you need:
3 big rooms with king size bed
Fully furnished (incl. washing machine, dryer, DVD player, 2 TVs)
2 toilets
Balcony with amazing view over Shanghai (24th floor)
Costs: 9000 RMB/Month (3000 RMB/Person)
2 months deposit (means 6000/Person)
AVAILABLE FROM AROUND 05.02.2010 (we are quite flexible about the moving day: you can move in between the 1st February till the 10th)
