The provisions for the passengers with a rewarded ticket, on the commemoration day of CZ’s entry into SkyTeam Alliance

• For passengers who were born on November 15th and take CZ flights on November 15th, 2007, a free ticket will be awarded on the condition that they are from China(including people from Hong Kong and Macao), or from SkyTeam Alliance member countries such as Russia, Mexico, France, Netherland, Italy, Czech, Korea, America. With valid ID or Passport, Boarding Pass and the Itinerary Receipt (for E-ticket), a free ticket can be exchanged at any of CZ’s direct ticketing offices or overseas offices.(For the countries or cities without CZ’s direct ticketing offices or overseas offices, the passengers are suggested to go for the closest CZ office in the nearby cities or countries. For example, Mexicans can seek for help from CZ’s headquarter or CZ’s Los Angles office; Italians or Czechs can contact CZ’s headquarter or CZ’s Paris Office or Amsterdam Office)
• Date/Time: November 15th, 2007-November 15th, 2008(traveling date)
• For the tickets issued 5 days before the departure time (not including the day of departure), the RBD should be X/Class, and the route should be arranged ahead of time since the seats for awarded tickets are limited.
• One way route applies (For passengers take the flight on November 15th, 2007 for return route, a return ticket can be awarded)
• The applicable RBD: economy (X/Class)
• The applicable flights: All CZ flights (including international and domestic flights, but CZ7XXX and CZ8XXX are excluded)
• Other conditions:
  1. Non-endorsable, Non-reroutable, refer to the original ticketing office for refund
  2. The awarded ticket is only applicable for the assigned passenger. Open ticket is not allowed.
  3. The passengers with preferential or non-revenue tickets (for staffs、business trip and staffs from other industries) shall not enjoy the benefits.
  4. The passenger who takes domestic flights (including flights to and from Hong Kong or Macao) will only be awarded a domestic ticket (including flights to and from Hong Kong and Macao). However, this provision does not apply to CZ’s SkyPearl Club Gold and Silver members.
  5. The other fees and taxes such as the Airport Construction Fee and the Fuel Surcharge are to be collected separately, which are out of the scope of the awarded ticket.
  6. The awarded ticket will not be valid for mileage accumulation.
  7. Only the fees and taxes such as the Airport Construction Fee and the Fuel Surcharge can be refunded.
  8. For the provisions not mentioned above, the following regulations General Conditions of Carriers for Passenger and Baggage, China Southern Airlines Company Limited and General Rules and Fares of Air Transportation for Domestic Passengers should be followed in accordance with.
