The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the subway station (line 2, Century Park station) makes it very convenient to move quickly anywhere in the city. See attached picture of the apartment.

I'm a French guy working in Shanghai since 2008 and I'm currently living in the apartment. I'm looking for one nice, clean and quiet housemate, male or female, chinese or foreigner are all welcome.
