 COMPANY & POSITION:

Our Shanghai office is looking for an energetic sales manager to handle our international sales team in order to carry on & improve our development on the European markets. (France, Spain, Italy, Germany & the UK).

 RESPONSABILITIES:
Daily motivate & manage your sales team to overachieve the targets.
Recruit & train to keep improving your team efficiency.
Support & follow-up on the activity of your team,
Report sales activities & results to the Direction,
Plan strategy in order to achieve the goals set,
Adapt & improve all commercial support tools,
Follow-up on your own customers and prospect France.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, International Trade, Management or equivalent,
Native European speaker, Fluent French is a must,
Basic Chinese or any other European languages a plus,
Internet, MS office proficient.

 PROFILE:
>> Minimum 1 or 2 year experience in Sales team management, <<
Proactive, confident & ambitious, independent with a good sense of business,
Able to adapt efficiently to different cultures,
Free to start a new career in China.

 CONDITIONS :
Motivating salary + commission plan on sales.
