Longfield, a 180 employees representative office specialized in trading, is looking for its new administrative manager. Supported by a 6 staff team, he/she will report directly to the company’s Financial Controller and General Manager.
A strong involvement and a solving problem attitude are required to ensure the developpment of the administrative structure in this fast growing environment.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Administration
  • Responsible for managing daily life of the office,
  • Reporting to the GM by preparing monthly business reports, expenses reports, and human resources turnover reports.
  • Management of the logistics and maintenance of the office, office equipment and showrooms.
  • Administration of the office, including creating and tracking of the administrative budget, maintaining inventory and supplies, expenses control, processing of current applications.
  • Successful development of administrative procedures that improved office operations and reduced costs.
2. Human Resources:
  • Guide the Human resources orientation & update the company Employee handbook according to the company’s philosophy.
  • Ensure adherence of policies
  • Handles all HR issues for foreign employees
  • Supervise the staffing plans
Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (French is a plus)

  • Previous experience in this field is a plus but not mandatory
