[Offre] Administration & HR Manager position available
Longfield, a 180 employees representative office specialized in trading, is looking for its new administrative manager. Supported by a 6 staff team, he/she will report directly to the company’s Financial Controller and General Manager.
A strong involvement and a solving problem attitude are required to ensure the developpment of the administrative structure in this fast growing environment.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Administration- Responsible for managing daily life of the office,
- Reporting to the GM by preparing monthly business reports, expenses reports, and human resources turnover reports.
- Management of the logistics and maintenance of the office, office equipment and showrooms.
- Administration of the office, including creating and tracking of the administrative budget, maintaining inventory and supplies, expenses control, processing of current applications.
- Successful development of administrative procedures that improved office operations and reduced costs.
2. Human Resources: - Guide the Human resources orientation & update the company Employee handbook according to the company’s philosophy.
- Ensure adherence of policies
- Handles all HR issues for foreign employees
- Supervise the staffing plans
Qualifications:- Solving problem attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (French is a plus)
- Highly organized
- Hard working
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in this field is a plus but not mandatory
