Bonjour,
Merci d'avance !

hi douniacha, you want to go taishan? i can't speak french language(sorry!)

beijing ==>> taishan? or qingdao===> taishan?

Either from Beijing or Qingdao to ===>> taishan, you can take the train.

if you from beijing, you can first go to taishan, and then go to qingdao.

beijing===>taishan (ticket price:144 chinese yuan,very fast! about 3 hours.about 500KM..) you also select slow(train),ticket price:69 chinese yuan. but very slow..about 6-7 hours..

taishan====>qingdao (ticket price:149 chinese yuan, about 3 hours.about 350KM..) you also select slow(train),ticket price:69 chinese yuan. but slow..about 5 hours..

qingdao===>beijing (ticket price:314 chinese yuan, about four and a half hours.about 680KM..) you also select slow(train),ticket price:249 chinese yuan. about five hours -- five and a half hours..

you can find hotels in this website: taishan's hotel:http://hotels.ctrip.com/hotel/taian454 and qingdao's hotel:http://hotels.ctrip.com/hotel/qingdao7 (please note that the scheduled time) english website:http://english.ctrip.com/

Thanks a lot Weily for all the detailed info and your good advice : it seems to be an excellent idea to go to Taishan first and from there to take the train to Qingdao ! I'm a little bit surprised, as I thought there was a mountain very near from Qingdao (something like 40 kms) with a view on the sea when you climb : am I thinking about another mountain or is the train pretty slow compared to the access by road ?

:super:hahaha,I understand what you mean!

YES,that's another mountain! it's name:LaoShan

Qingdao===>>Laoshan (by road about 25KMS(Can take the bus, ticket price:about 2-10 Chinese yuan.)) Look at the map below:
