HDC is a French company based in Shanghai. The company is specialized in giving foreign companies assistance in their businesses in China and Asia, we are very active in the sourcing area but we also provide high efficiency ranges of products and services to both foreign and local markets.


General Summary:
We are looking for a SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to take the lead of our sales development endeavors for both import and export. Core mission will be to identify, qualify and prospect new B2B leads, generate and manage new sales pipeline, close new clients, boost company’s turnover and drive the sales targets.


Main responsibilities:
- (Over)Achieve growth and hitting sales targets across a various profile of B2B customers ;
- Design and implement an ambitious sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and revenue ;
- Develop and sustain Str0ng, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs ;
- Research and increase our customers and potential partners database ;
- Direct prospecting of new B2B accounts in various industries ;
- Manage the complete cycle of the sales process in following customers' inquiries, orders, deliveries ;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status...

Requirements:
- Over achiever;
- Business/Sales and results-oriented;
- Independent with good team spirit;
- Serious and hardworking;
- Highly adaptable;
- English speaking, French and Chinese would be a plus.
