Job Description: We are looking for active individuals to act as facilitator during our team building events in Shanghai. It is not a full-time job but rather on contractual basis. That means that we need extra facilitator once in a while. That could be as little as once a month or once a week, and we pay the facilitator per activity. Of course, as our Shanghai branch grows we would love to hire the best candidates as permanent facilitator.

During our team building events, we need facilitators that will take care/supervise their team throughout the whole event. As all our activities are outdoor and more hunt type, there is a lot of running. The facilitator job is to make sure everything is going smoothly with his/her team. He/She distributes clues, cheer up the team, write down the chrono time and scores, and sometimes takes notes related to the performance. Also you might also need to take pictures of the group. During the event you will have a "roadbook" with all clear instructions, and you will also be in contact and communicate with the event coordinator.

    Candidates profile:
    - love the Great Outdoor
    - fluent in English
    - outgoing
    - dynamic
    - cheerful
    - good presentation

Please send your English resume (with your photograph) and an introduction by email to pr(at)chinint.com. Thanks

We may need few facilitators on Wednesday, May 30th (full day).
