CAFOM Sourcing is the buying office for Habitat, Sia, Ventes-unique.com, DirectLowCost.com and BUT franchisees. We are currently looking for a Sourcing Manager.
The job description is a below:
- Purchasing Furniture products in China and Taiwan
o Supplier selection
o Product sourcing and development
o Payment terms and general conditions
o Secure prices, quality and deliveries
- Maintaining and developing portfolio following the buying policy of the company
o Focus on key suppliers with high volume and flexibility
o Good balance of price / quality / delivery
o Select suppliers with high sense of service
o Secure good relation with vendors
- Attending furniture fairs and visiting factories in order to:
o Benchmark prices of best selling products of CAFOM SOURCING
o Identifying new prospect factories and new products
o Source products needed by clients
o Gather technical knowledge and information on the market (norm, product, tax, competitors...)
- Supervise customer request with merchandising team.
The candidate should:
- Be very autonomous, dynamic, responsible
- Have good communications skills with customers and Suppliers
- Speak French and/or English
- Speaks Chinese is a plus
- 2~5 years working experience in China.
The position is based in Shenzhen with frequent travel to all China + Taiwan.
