Sales Supervisor/Horeca

Key Mission:

Develop and manage the business for the assigned clients or key account clients. The selected sales supervisor will be have to develop new accounts and clients in Shanghai and around Shanghai. He will have responsibility to provide top class service to our clients, expand business with each client and set new ambitious sales target and achieve yearly and monthly sales objective.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop aggressively clients within the assigned territory.

- Manage the network of existing clients

- Achieve the sales target set for territory and for the portfolio of clients.

- Expand the business throughout all available channels.

- Develop and execute together with the Marketing Team, Marketing and Promotion plan.

- Provide intensive training to clients sales staff and increase sales performance for each client.

- Manage and control local expenses and be responsible for the budget.

- Provide quarterly report on market information

Requirements:

- Have minimum 2 years’ experience in the role of Sales executive or sales supervisor in the wine or food industry.

- Basic knowledge of wines and willing to learn.

- Excellent sales and management skills.

- Dynamic and willing to achieve or exceed targets.

- Str0ng initiative, self-motivated, reliable and have ethical standard.

- Mature personality and Str0ng Leadership skills.

- University or College degree.

- Good command in English, spoken and written.

- Chinese is a plus

- Proficiency in computer skills.

Est il possible de vous contacter directement par téléphone ? ou une personne de votre équipe en Chine ?

Ancien diplômé escp 2009, j'ai plusieurs expériences en achats pour de grands groupes, quelques expériences de développement commercial pour des PME notamment dans la restauration, et une première formation de vente de vin de 3 mois en tant que responsable de magasin pour la Chaîne parisienne "Le repaire de Bacchus".
