We develop state-of-the-art systems that enable customers around the globe to produce highly customized, high-quality, full-color images. Our company is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina with additional sales personnel in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Lebanon and Australia.

    Due to its recent expansion into printer hardware, it is seeking an experienced solutions orientated Sales Manager to develop the sublimation market in South East Asia.

    This is an exciting and rewarding position in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment for an individual based in the Asia. We are looking for a candidate with whom we can offer an excellent career opportunity along with a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience. Str0ng computer skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must. Candidates must be eligible to work in Asia, preferably, China

    The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the introduction of sublimation digital printing solutions to the market as well as develops and expands the sales channel. Success is the execution of the sales and marketing plans. He/she works under the direction of the Director of Business Development and closely with other departments to ensure that sales and customer satisfaction goals are met. He/she must work in a very fast-paced and highly demanding work environment where multitasking ability is a must.

    The Sales Manager is expected to:

    • Work with other Departments as necessary in each phase of the sales process to achieve profitable sales. A teamwork attitude and approach is necessary. At the same time, the Sales Manager must work autonomously and with little direction. The role is that of dealer management and new dealer acquisition
    • Ability to travel (anticipated 50% of the time)
    • Be knowledgeable in digital printing technologies and solutions
    • Understand the technical aspects of the position, but also communicate professionally and effectively with all individuals – dealers, end users, industry partners and other company employees.
    The Sales Manager is responsible for:

    • Developing sales plans and strategy for the territory that ensures attainment of the regions sales goals and profitability
    • Building a Str0ng dealer sales pipeline and development opportunities
    • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
    • Creating and conducting proposal presentations to existing and potential new dealers in assigned region
    • Working with dealers to organize end users work shops and open houses
    • Maintaining contact with all customers in the assigned region to ensure high levels of dealer and end-user satisfaction
    • Properly using Salesforce to maintain customer information including prospecting, lead development, sales pipeline. Daily dealer activities and more.
    • Attending trade shows, sales meetings, and other activities as requested by Senior Management.
    • Achieving and exceeding pre-defined regional sales targets
    Other Qualifications

    · The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with Str0ng verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment

    · Experience analyzing new markets within the assigned region and developing a successful entry strategy that aligns with the company’s regional growth plans

    · Experience in developing sales plans and exceeding sales objectives

    · Str0ng communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of various international cultures

    · Customer service orientated and organized

    · Ability to speak Mandarin a must, Japanese a plus

    · Bachelors degree required
