    Bonjour a tous, nous recherchons un nouveau restaurant manager pour gerer nos deux enseignes. l un des restaurant est base a tianzifang et l autre en plein centre de Jing'an. D autres restaurants seront ouverts dans le futur. Nous sommes sommes specialises dans le healthy.

    Restaurant Manager, JOB DESCRIPTION 2014

    The restaurant Manager has authority on all the staff.

    He is in contact with the customers and with the staff but only for coordination. He works in hand with the director board to improve the restaurant, quality and business.


    • Minimum 2 years working experience in restaurant business. Must be honest, a Str0ng team leader, open-minded, cheerful and an outgoing personality.
    • Can introduce, implement or suggest new effective system or ideas, and to process and practice it for the growth and improvement of the team and the company.
    • Speaking fluently English – Chinese is a plus
    • Can manage and lead the company to increase sales, and be more competitive, complex and dynamic in each area.

    Supervise operations

    • Approve AM, Kitchen manager, and Bar manager.
    • Supervise revenue/ cost.
    • Improve SOP, Insert new procedure implement and train them.
    • Supervise MoD work
    • Control of the revenue closing

    Business Development:

    • Events (Create, contract, Organise)
    • Products, services
    • Menu contents
    • Materials, and general restaurant contents
    • Organise staff trainings.
    • F&B cost forecast

    II) Tasks


    ·Oversee whole restaurant operation.

    ·Investigate and solve complains concerning food quality and service

    ·In charge of hiring new staff and terminating undesirables

    ·Making weekly schedule and making sure all the shifts are covered.

    ·Weekly training of staff to improve service performance and knowledge

    ·Monitor customer service levels to guarantee the highest level of service and always represent including bar, kitchen, and service

    ·Supervise store operation (operating hours)

    ·Monitoring of monthly inventory of small goods and assets

    ·Monitoring of the restaurant equipments functions well, furniture and fixtures maintaining

    ·Full knowledge of the POS system and its function

    ·In-charge of the calendar event in restaurant.

    ·Managing daily marketing process (facebook, weibo, wechat posting, ….)

    ·Supervising outside events, restaurant and function

    ·Perform other duties as assign by superior

    III) Responsabilities (To handle with care for “BOT” (Bonus on tasks))

    -Sales target

    -Cost target

    -Review, approved and monitor finance personnel, supplier payment and expenditures.

    -Review, approved and monitor HR cost, staff part time payment to ensure that they conform to budget limitation.

    -In-charge of weekly management meeting, gathering and giving new task to be done for the mod

    -Report to director end of the month.
