    Job description and responsibilities
    Be a proactive partner between our clients and the different departments of the company. Lead Business Development and Operations Projects to ensure satisfaction of your accounts. Meet deadlines, explore new business and maximize client’s satisfaction for assigned accounts.

    Client Servicing
    - Act as the main point of contact between our company and the clients of assigned accounts. Including meeting clients, developing relationship, bring solutions and delivering reports, etc.
    - Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensure clients’ needs and requirements to be reached
    - Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints
    - Suggest plans and ensure client service standards are implemented and the implementation of Client Management Process for the assigned accounts
    - Ensure team members are trained to handle client requirements
    - Update the follow up documents of the BD department
    - Coordinate with other Business Units and Business Support teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction Project Management:
    - Oversee the management and conduct of assigned projects including preparation, approval and delivery of proposals, reports and presentations
    - Oversee the recruiting participants for our market research activities
    - Lead teams to provide training and scheduling to the project participants
    - Follow up on the operations and ensure timely delivery of the surveys
    - Coach and evaluate team’s job performances
    - Ensure adherence to the company policies on business conduct/ethics when servicing clients are being observed within the project team

    Desired skills and experience:
    - Retail experience is highly preferred, but not required
    - Passionate about the luxury’s industry.
    - Likes to work in project mode
    - Good presentation skills
    - Excellent Excel/ PowerPoint skills
    - Excellent communicative ability in both Mandarin and English
    - Chinese citizen
