Be in charge of a preliminary interview of Au Pair before coming to China

To assist the translation work when the host family interview Au Pair (if anything goes wrong with the host family in China about English communication)

Be in charge of Au Pair’s visa guidance before coming to China
4
Be in charge of Au pair after living in China every two weeks of teaching supervision; Have additional requirements, such as family require you to the host family to deal with sudden conflict (such as : don’t come back home before 11 o 'clock at night, many times to persuade Au Pair, but she/he still does not perform, etc.) or an emergency (such as : Au Pair is sick)

be responsible for establishing and supervising WeChat group between Au Pair and family in China , used for supervising Au Pair daily diary

be in charge for the organization to Au Pair group activities on a regular basis

负责组织来华互惠生定期集体活动
Requirements :
- Nationality is best for Europe and America English-speaking countries
(the scope of New Zealand, Australia is also considering)
- Be able to communicate in Chinese daily
- Having experience in teaching children and adolescents in China is preferred
