Montessori Teacher
Peninsula Montessori is a private international kindergarten that offers Montessori Curriculum for students aged 2-6 years old. This kindergarten has been established since 2008’s and is located in the most exclusive residential areas in Shenzhen. The kindergarten classroom has viewed on the beach with 30 s walk to it.
The successful candidate has to be patient, caring, and creative and enjoy working with young infants. This position also has to have a good planning, time management and organization skills.
Facilities in this kindergarten are include climate control classrooms, art room, music room, computer room, outdoors and indoors playground, medical room and sleeping room.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Early Years/ Bachelor Degree with teaching qualification
Minimum 2 years teaching experience working with children
Montessori experience is preferable but not essential, as the school will provide training for all teachers
Western trained (French, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
French native speaker
Peninsula Montessori provides ongoing professional development, HR support and a comfortable, supportive working environment.
Minimum 1 school year commitment required.
Based on the educational market industry in China, we offer the most attractive salary according to teachers experience & credentials.
Yearly salary package is starting from 150,000-220,000 RMB for assistant teacher
and from 220,000-300,000 RMB for main teacher accordingly to previous experience & credentials.
Probation required (2 months at 90 percent pay)
Work Visa documentation
Travel bonuses available with 2 year contracts
50 percent international medical insurance your first year, 80 percent international medical insurance second & subsequent years
Chinese and western holidays

1-complementary sessions training at AMI training center in Shenzhen
