Poste: Sourcing Manager
1 Purchasing “travel” items (luggage, sports bags, leather bags, trolley, etc.) in China
o Supplier selection
o Product sourcing and development
o Negotiation of payment terms and general conditions
o Secure prices, quality and deliveries
2 Maintaining and developing portfolio following the buying policy of the company
o Focus on key suppliers with high volume and flexibility
o Good balance of price / quality / delivery
o Select suppliers with high sense of service
o Secure good relation with vendors
3 Attending furniture fairs and visiting factories in order to:
o Benchmark prices of best selling products of CAFOM SOURCING
o Identifying new prospect factories and new products
o Source products needed by clients
o Gather technical knowledge and information on the market (norm, product, tax, competitors...)
4 Managing a team of 4 merchandisers
o Train them to provide reliable and fast information
o Be responsible, assess and evaluate for their work performance
Profile:
- Universite / Ecole de commerce Bac +5
- Anglais / Français couramment. Le Chinois est un plus.
