    Purpose:
    Lead and manage the account to grow sales and profitability according to objectives, by establishing company as the clients’ key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably our freight forwarding services.
    Position Responsibilities
    Define account objectives, develop commercial strategy, implement through account plan.
    Negotiate with clients’ favorable commercial terms, including payment terms, prices for new business and increases for existing items.
    Identify and document business potentials and competitive landscape.
    Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients, establish company as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business.
    Up-sell potential requirements from (new and existing) clients in order to maximize revenue.
    Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define action plan accordingly.
    Make sure all commercial data and documentation are accurate and properly maintained.
    Share visit reports, client information and feed-backs, and when needed conduct post-mortem analysis.
    Monitor and feedback the market activities.
    Maximize business vitality.
    Requirements
    College or Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
    Minimum of 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding sales
    Str0ng team work spirit; Confidence & ability to influence decisions.
    Good team player, seen as a Str0ng partner by the development teams involved in clients’ projects.
    Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated; open-minded and candid attitude.
    Str0ng business understanding; ability to develop successfully client relationship.
    Ability to understand and capture customer’s demands and challenges to provide effective solutions.
    Willing to work under pressure.
    Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Excellent written and oral English.
