To assure the function of Quality Manager in China factory on Shanghai area from a French company providing solutions.

  • To drive the plant to Quality Management System certification ISO9001 Version 2015.
  • To assure the regulatory/legal requirements as Chinese certification CCC.
  • To manage and lead the Chinese Quality team and organization.
    • Quality customer,
    • Quality supplier,
    • Quality production.
  • To assure engineering support to provide improvement solutions on production and assembly.
  • To assure the critical characteristics are under control, capabilities follow-up…
  • To be able to resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, filling 8D report, …
  • To conduct improvements plan, the follow-up and progress of actions.
  • To assure products are matching with customers and company requirements,
  • To monitor through measurement, reports the performance of quality targets that have been established by the Group.
  • To assure internal and external communication with other departments, suppliers, customers for quality matters.

  • 5 years experience at least on a position of Quality Manager (supplier quality is preferred) on an environment with a Quality Management System as ISO 9001 or ISO TS16949.Skills, Knowledges.
  • Have successfully participated to an ISO 9001 Certification or renewal of it.
  • Knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 is a plus
  • Languages: Chinese, English, French would be a plus
Software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word….)

Location: Office in Shanghai Downtown and factories in Pudong and Jiaxin
Annual package: Up to RMB 450k depending on profile.
