General Summary

The Plant Manager is responsible for the manufacturing organization in Rodicut China to attain operational excellence in equipment, production to optimize productivity and cost saving. This position has oversight for Foshan plant and prepare to double current production volume from Oct 2019. Accountability will center on team coaching and communication, operation excellence and continuous to grow operation capacity to support business. Being skilled at multi-culture management, team building and across Global coordination. Good knowledge of Production and Quality management, Auditing and SOP &KPIs setup.
Individual must have the ability to work with GM in problem solving to deliver solutions, bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to their daily routines, and able to perform the function independently and effectively coach and direct personnel in operation and other disciplines to achieve results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Champion the production and ensure timely output to achieve annual productivity and material efficiency targets.
  • Ensure that quality performance is regularly audited and track the unqualified products and kept it at the lowest level. Take improvement plans are implemented as needed.
  • Ensure systems registration correct on raw materials, stocks and requirements are in place and make sure supply chain process to achieve key metrics, such as on-time delivery.
  • Manage and coaching operators to do operation excellence and continuous improvement plan.
  • Develop and manage a capital plan that supports the business strategy and improves plant operations.
  • Ensure that plant assets and cost structures are properly aligned to support the business strategy.
  • Ensure all plants operate in a manner consistent with Rodicut values and Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure resources are in place to allow plant to remain in compliance with all safety, health
  • and environmental (EHS) regulations. This includes implementation of auditing systems and
  • ensuring that required EHS training is completed on schedule.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 8 years of chemical manufacturing experience in China
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or related
  • Fluent in English or Spanish speaking, writing and listening
  • Possess Str0ng leadership, hands-on ability and communication capabilities
