Every day more than 11,000 Aden Services employees work to improve the quality of daily life of our clients all over South East Asia, Africa and Middle East.

ADEN Services is looking for a person in charge of its Operations Command Center.
The ADEN Services Operations Command Center (OCC) is located in Shanghai, in the company Headquarters.

The mission of the Operations Command Center is to enhance the security and safety of our sites through real-time operations control and high-technology based security solutions.

The Operations Command Center is:
- a new technology development center (develops control tools and technology-based solutions in order to have a 24/7 link with the monitored sites)

Key Responsibilities

The role of the Operations Command Center Manager is to lead the department through the different projects it is conducting, to manage the daily operations monitoring, to communicate with the branches on the progress of the Operations Command Center and to provide support for the sales activities.

Ø Project management
The Operations Command Center is constantly working on developing new tools as to improve the quality of the company operations or to widen the number of services provided.

- Analyze the feasibility;

Ø Daily operations monitoring

The Operations Command Center has to analyze this information, archives it, and provides reports… The Operations Command Center manager has to follow up on the operators and insure that the daily monitoring is correctly done. For some reported events, the Operations Command Center manager will have to closely follow the flow of information and eventually keep the top management informed on the situation (e.g. crisis management).

Ø Communication with branch offices
The sites linked to the Operations Command Center can be from anywhere in China (even worldwide in the future). Thus it is crucial that all the branches (staff and management) know about the progress of the projects in the Operations Command Center.
The Operations Command Center manager will therefore have the duty to insure a good communication with the branches and internally promote the tools being developed at the Operations Command Center.

Ø Sales support
The Operations Command Center manager will have the important role to support sales people from all branches when presenting the Operations Command Center to their clients.
