    Supply Chain Planner – based in Shenzhen Lohu

    Shenzhen ModeLabs Trading Ltd. is China brand of ModeLabs Manufacture, which is in charge of the development and industrialization of luxury mobile phones.

    In view of our continued business expansion in Hong Kong, China and Asian market, we are recruiting the position of Supply Chain Planner, reporting to Supply Chain Manager.

    Position is based in Shenzhen – Lohu and is opened for oversea staff fluent in English (+ French if possible !).

    Main Duties and responsabilities :
    • Launching purchasing or production order to suppliers, subcontractors according needs and forecast from the ERP.
    • Collecting on monthly basis sales forecast from sales department and following up plan on regular basis plan delivery from supplier / subcontractor.
    • Setting up the parameter in the system for the information involved in his tasks (warehouse, leadtime, supplier…)
    • Updating on regular basis reporting, data in the ERP to ensure the information is up to date
    • Ensuring a high level of customer service (delivery on time) as well as maintaining optimized stock.
    • Providing information about supplier delivery performance to the purchasing department
    Requirements mandatory :
    • University education background (Bac +4) with 2 years Supply Chain, Procurement, Production planning experience.
    • Ideally engineering degree or supply chain specialization.
    • Experience working in a multisite organization.
    • Experience working in Industry or with factories.
    • CPIM or BASICS highly preferred but not mandatory.
    • Skills to communicate, coordinate actions with several department (internal/external) such as Customer Service, Supplier, EMS.
    • Know how to provide relevant and appropriated feedback. Anticipate issue and orientate the action to overcome the problems.
    • Know how to use ERP, understand MRP.
    • Analytical skills, proficient in use of Excel, pivot table, vlookup….
    • Ensure actions are done on timely manner
    • Know how to use Microsoft Office.
    • Fluent ENGLISH (and FRENCH)
    • Willing to travel, some business trip to be planned.
    • Proactive attitude to get answer from people in relation with (very important)
