    Full time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Work in the weekend may be required.

    7,000CNY~15,000CNY every month depends on your skills, experience and background.

    Description of the job
    1. Establish a customer service support team in a short period of time
    2. Deal directly with customers by e-mail;
    3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints;
    4. Process orders, forms, applications and requests;
    5. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
    6. Manage customers' accounts, keep records of the details of inquiries, comments and complaints;
    7. Record details of actions taken;
    8. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;
    9. Follow up on customer interactions.

    1. Perfect spoken and written French and English skills, any additional language skills will be very Str0ng assets.
    2. Str0ng management, planning and coordination skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Listening skills;
    3. A university degree preferably in Business/Marketing or related discipline, and with at least one year experience;
    4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, additional knowledge of household appliances and electronics products will be appreciated;
    5. Ability to analyze the problem and solve the problem as fast as possible;
    6. Attention to detail and accuracy;
    7. Data collection and ordering;
    8. Character required: customer service orientation, adaptability, initiative, stress tolerance;
    9. Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
