Responsabilities
Experience :
· 3 -10 years experience in sales (27-35 years old)
· Working knowledge of the local Food Service industry (food manufacturers, food distributors, equipment specialists, chefs) ideally, with a successful experience in distribution network development.
Education:
· Business degree, Hospitality Management School, Culinary school
Languages:
· French : Native speaker or bilingual
· Mandarin : business proficiency
· English : fluent
· Cantonese: would be an asset
Skills :
· Sales oriented profile
· Outgoing , dynamic and charismatic personality
· Proactive and autonomous, able to take initiatives, “roll up your sleeves” attitude
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
· To be discussed according to the profile – fixed salary plus bonus
Location Hong Kong or Shanghai with frequent travels (home office)
Starting date : to be confirmed, 1 to 1,5 months training in France

Responsabilities
- Coordinate and develop the existing distribution network in China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau.
- Promote the equipments to the potential clients, key operators of the local Food Service Industry: distributors, kitchen contractors, kitchen architects, culinary schools, Chefs associations…
- Visit end users: restaurants, bakery & pastry shops, hospitals, caterers, central kitchens…
- Select the national and local professional fairs and organize the company participation with a demonstration program.
- Provide marketing support: train and demonstrate Robot Coupe equipment to the distributors and the end users.
- Available to travel 70% of the time
- Reports to Area Export Sales Manager
