    Our company is a leading Foodservice and Facilities Management provider with a Str0ng presence in Asia and operations worldwide.
    In some of the most challenging locations, we deliver hotel services to mining, energy, construction projects, we provide full camp management. In city areas, we serve factories, hotels, office buildings, schools and hospitals.

    Based in our Worldwide Headquarters in Shanghai, we are looking for a Project Management Officer to support two strategic projects: - the Purchasing Performance Improvement Project,
    - the ERP Implementation project.
    The Project Management Officer will contribute to the organizational policy implementation regarding quality standards and strategic planning. He will contribute to Business Process Re-engineering.

    Purchasing Performance Improvement Project:
    - Support Group Purchasing Project Manager
    - Coordinate the new processes and organization implementation with Purchasing Managers of all Branches of the Company
    - Set up and update KPIs
    - Make sure the project meets the targets in terms of timing- cost-quality
    - Make sure both methodology and process are correctly and efficiently implemented
    - Make on a regular basis reporting to Management and Top Management
    - Perform risk analysis
    - Coordinate with connected projects (ERP, Operations Standardization, etc)
    - Coordinate meetings organization
    - Maintain the project schedule

    ERP Implementation Project:
    - Follow up the project planning
    - Facilitate workshops and meetings
    - Ensure coordination between teams Global and Local teams
    - Consolidate the Business Process Leaders reports
    - Ensure the project keeps the defined deadlines
    - Communicate to all project stakeholders
    - Communicate in the company through Newsletters
    - Maintain the training planning
    - Support the Change Management and Transformation Manager

    the other Key responsibilities :

    •Drive business process improvements.

    •Coordinate the process leaders.

    •Manage and/or drive multiple process improvement initiatives and programs, impacting:

    - the order to invoice cycle, revenue recognition, procure to pay cycle, inventory accounting, accounts receivable, general accounting, and financial reporting.

    - the HR and payroll activities

    •Identify the Group best practices and implement it in the branches

    •Ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional initiatives.

    •Work in conjunction with internal teams to prioritize requirements and drive improvements to systems and processes (including or not ERP activities).

    •Lead and actively participate in the development of written business requirement documents and business process flows.

    •Improve productivity by enabling users through change management, training, support and education.

    •Support in the development of training materials, identifying appropriate delivery methods, coordinating training schedule

    •Maintain a good communication between business teams and IT teams

    - Experience in ERP implementation (at least 3 projects)
    - Experience in a Consulting company
    - Autonomous, results-focused, communication skilled
    - At ease with computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    -5+ years of experience of project coordination or management

    •Has proven ability to create effective training material and support documentation

    •Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Stellar presentation skills are essential

    •Ability to present complex concepts and data analyses results in a clear and effective manner both verbally and in written presentation

    •Self-starting, persuasive, and driven

    •Fluent English and Chinese (with at least 3 years in China), written Chinese is preferred

    •Experience in Consulting company is a plus
