    Our company is a leading Foodservice and Facilities Management provider with a Str0ng presence in Asia and operations worldwide.
    In some of the most challenging locations, we deliver hotel services to mining, energy, construction projects, we provide full camp management. In city areas, we serve factories, hotels, office buildings, schools and hospitals.

    Based in our Worldwide Headquarters in Shanghai, we are looking for a Project Management Officer to support two strategic projects: - the Purchasing Performance Improvement Project,
    - the ERP Implementation project.
    The Project Management Officer will contribute to the organizational policy implementation regarding quality standards and strategic planning. He will contribute to Business Process Re-engineering.

    Responsibilities
    Purchasing Performance Improvement Project:
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Support Group Purchasing Project Manager
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Coordinate the new processes and organization implementation with Purchasing Managers of all Branches of the Company
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Set up and update KPIs
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Make sure the project meets the targets in terms of timing- cost-quality
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Make sure both methodology and process are correctly and efficiently implemented
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Make on a regular basis reporting to Management and Top Management
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Perform risk analysis
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Coordinate with connected projects (ERP, Operations Standardization, etc)
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Coordinate meetings organization
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Maintain the project schedule


    ERP Implementation Project:
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Follow up the project planning
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Facilitate workshops and meetings
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Ensure coordination between teams Global and Local teams
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Consolidate the Business Process Leaders reports
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Ensure the project keeps the defined deadlines
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Communicate to all project stakeholders
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Communicate in the company through Newsletters
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Maintain the training planning
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Support the Change Management and Transformation Manager

    Requirements:
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Experience in ERP implementation (at least 3 projects)
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Experience in a Consulting company
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Experience in Project Management is a plus
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Autonomous, results-focused, communication skilled
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Excellent written and spoken English
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]At ease with computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
