Our client is a world famous International manufacturer of transformers and chokes for Electronic and Industrial equipments. Thy have large product ranges and their plants are in Europe and China. It is the leader in magnetic products manufacturing with worldwide sales network.
Our client is now looking for a General Manager to be based in Guangdong.
The job consists in
· Administration of the manufacturing team.( 350 employees)
-Management of operators
-Planning, labour work organisation
-Process procedures, logistics, purchases
-Interface with subcontractors, local authorities
· Developing sales activities throughout the Chinese market.
· Establishing new business contacts with customers
· Visiting major accounts in a regular basis
· Teamwork with Headquarter Business team and R&D team
· Reporting on a regular basis to our Headquarter.
Requirements:
More than 5.to.10years related experience in business development/ sales & marketing or operation, preferred in multinational transformers Company.
Working experience in management of a Manufacturing unit.
Have good connections with related industry, teamwork, problem solving.
French native speaker is required.
Good communication skills
Attractive package depending on candidates’ expertise.
