    Our company is a leading Foodservice and Facilities Management provider with a Str0ng presence in Asia and operations worldwide.
    In some of the most challenging locations, we deliver hotel services to mining, energy, construction projects, we provide full camp management. In city areas, we serve factories, hotels, office buildings, schools and hospitals.

    Based in our Worldwide Headquarters in Shanghai, we are looking for a Business Process Manager to support our organizational projects.

    The Business Process Manager will contribute to the organizational policy implementation regarding quality standards and strategic planning.

    Responsibilities of the Business Process Manager

    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Drive business process improvements.
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Coordinate the process leaders.
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Manage and/or drive multiple process improvement initiatives and programs, impacting:
    Ø[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]The order to invoice cycle, revenue recognition, procures to pay cycle, inventory accounting, accounts receivable, general accounting, and financial reporting.
    Ø[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]The HR and payroll activities
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Identify the Group best practices and implement it in the branches
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional initiatives.
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Work in conjunction with internal teams to prioritize requirements and drive improvements to systems and processes (including or not ERP activities).
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Coordinate (with process leaders) the development of written business requirement documents and business process flows.
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Improve productivity by enabling users through change management, training and education.
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Support in the development of training materials, identifying appropriate delivery methods, coordinating training schedule
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Maintain a good communication between business teams and IT teams
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Focus on two specifics projects
    1)[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]ERP Implementation Project:
    ²[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Follow up the project planning
    ²[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Facilitate workshops and meetings
    ²[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Ensure coordination between Global and Local teams
    ²[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Consolidate the Business Process Leaders reports
    ²[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Ensure the project keeps the defined deadlines
    2)[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Purchasing Performance Improvement Project:
    ²[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Coordinate the new processes implementation with Purchasing Managers of all our Branches
    ²[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Coordinate with connected projects (ERP, Operations Standardization, etc)


    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]5+ years of experience of project coordination or management
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Experience in Consulting company is a plus
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Experience in ERP implementation (at least 3 projects)
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Autonomous, results-focused, excellent interpersonal, persuasive, oral and written communication skills. Good presentation skills are essential
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]At ease with computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Has proven ability to create effective training material and support documentation
    -[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Fluent English and Chinese (with at least 3 years in China), written Chinese is preferred
