My master bedroom will be available from October 1st (can be discussed), including:

- Great location - only 5-7 minutes walk to the West Nanjing road metro
- Nice views from the 19th floor
- Own bathroom + toilet, clean and newly renovated
- Aircondition
- Queen-sized bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelves
- Three friendly and easy-going room mates (currently Chinese, Russian, Hong Kongnese)
- Shared kitchen and living room with big TV

Rent 4500RMB / month, Internet 50RMB / month, cleaning lady 15RMB/week. Electricity, gas and water bills shared with the room mates.

Deposit of 1,5 months´rent + management fee 400RMB

Clean, easy-going non-smoker preferred short to long term renting are acceptable

Hi Jeje, thanks for your interest but if you don't pay them the 400 management fees you will not get any contract and also I will not get back my deposit which is not acceptable on my side.

By the way 4500 RMB / month is mandatory not negotiable...
