    We are looking to grow the digital media team in Shanghai and are in search for a search strategist role to help support the media business. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual as NetBoosterAsia grows its media capabilities within the region and offers great growth potential.

    This role requires extensive knowledge of standard concepts, best practices, technology, and procedures in the field of Search Engine Marketing (Paid Search). Candidate will also evangelize Search internally and with clients.

    The successful candidate will:
    · Work with the media lead to set appropriate campaign goals and KPIs, and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
    · Manage implementation and management of bid management and search analytics tools
    · Integrate efforts with appropriate analytics and optimization team members and associated initiatives
    · Own day to day management of SEM work, including account creation, bid strategy, publisher relationships, tools and technology such as bid management platforms, reporting, etc.
    · Stay up-to-date with changes in the online marketing and search landscape, including tool recommendations, strategies, industry news, etc.
    · Support and participate in client proposals and presentations
    · Define, document, and implement best practices for SEM analysis and reporting, and provide guidance and monitor for ethical standards of SEM
    Desired Skills & Experience
    · At least 3 years of experience performing SEO/SEM, preferably in a client-facing role
    · Str0ng understanding of bid management tools, and search analytics tools (Google Analytics & Omniture a plus)
    · Experience with and understanding of basic paid search protocol, Web analytics, and optimization concepts with specific understanding of publisher offerings (Google, etc.)
    · Understanding of basic HTML and dynamic web development
    · Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    · Must be detailed oriented, have Str0ng presentation and project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
