    We are now looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (Native French). Below is the job description. Pls contact David via HR@konaxis.com if you are interested.

    Job Summary:

    Locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with the help of Chinese buyers and other support personnel.

    Job Type: Full-time


    - Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discover and explore opportunities.
    - Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; develop and negotiate contracts; integrate contract requirements with business operations.
    - Identify and resolve client concerns.
    - Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
    - Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
    - Follow-up for collection of payment.
    - Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
    - Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
    - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    - Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    - Other duties as assigned.


    - You are a native French-speaker.
    - You have a high competency in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not a necessity.
    - You have at least 2 years full-time business development experience.
    - You are planning to stay in Shanghai or in China for at least 2 years.
    - You are fully aware that a sales position has to be linked to bottom line.
    - You are graduates of a business school or equivalent. But it’s not a must.
    - You possess capabilities for analysis and synthesis.
    - You have Str0ng interpersonal and communication skills. You are able to develop and deliver presentations. You are able to create, compose, and edit written sales materials.
    - You are service-minded. You listen to client's needs and try every way to solve their problems.
    - You are a good negotiator. You are able to persuade and influence others. You know how to close a deal.
    - You have Str0ng motivation. You can work independently without much supervision.
    - You are persistent. You have high-level stress resistance. You are rigor in monitoring projects.
    - You are willing to work a flexible schedule and travel occasionally.


    - Basic salary from 10000 to 15000 yuan, based on experience and track record of the applicant.
    - Commission is directly linked to the operating margin and without cap.

    Location: Shanghai


    After 3-month probation, you have 20 working days' annual leave per year.
