    The company is a leading quality control company providing product inspections, factory and social audits and laboratory testing services in Asia for importers worldwide.

    The Company has changed the quality control game with its online platform, where all their clients (from SME’s to major worldwide distributors) book and monitor their orders, check and approve their reports online.

    The company is a multi-national company with over 500 employees from over 20 countries blending Asian and Western culture and management.

    Their Shenzhen office is located in Luohu.


    About the Job


    Industry: Quality management / Supply Chain / Operation

    General information

    Based in Shenzhen, and reporting to Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Director / Senior Operations Manager will manage a cross-functional operations team to efficiently execute and deliver company’s service, with the targets of maximizing clients’ satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

    Main responsibilities

    - Manage the cross-functional operations teams (350 people) to maintain an effective, innovational and integrative operational organization.
    - Establish the operational KPIs and keep track the performance against the targets.
    - Direct manage and prioritize the operations projects to continuously improve the operations efficiency and service standards.
    - Initiate, develop and implement value-added services with IT technology introduced, integrated and applied.
    - Maintain close relationship with strategic partners (laboratories…)

    Skills and experience requirements

    - Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration / Engineering.
    - Over 10 years operations / supply chain / quality management experience, including significant people management experience
    - Str0ng project management skills, with the demonstrated ability of getting things done sustainably
    - Str0ng business sense with forward thinking mindset.
    - Excellent oral and written English and interpersonal skills.
    - Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and teamwork skills.
    - Experience in using ERP system is definitely an advantage.
    - Experience in 3rd party QC Company will be an advantage.
