ID-RF, part of Altyor Group is a French start-up company dedicated in design, engineering and manufacturing of IoT and connected products, mainly in the Smart Home field. ID-RF owns NodOn, French leading brand of Smart Home and IoT devices, recently awarded at CES Las Vegas for our innovative products.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Embedded Systems Engineer Intern to join our R&D center in Shanghai. You are creative, curious, solution-minded and passionate by innovative IoT products.

Main Missions

The main missions of the intern would be to work with the Embedded Systems engineers:

· Design and develop products’ architecture and firmware into Micro-controllers targets for our IoT products (Smart Button, Smoke sensor, etc…)

· Explore IoT wireless standard (BLE, Wifi, SigFox, etc…) and realize proof of Concept

· Participate to products requirements definition

· Discuss PCB/PCBA architecture with hardware engineers

· Bring new coding ideas and technics

The intern can be assigned on some other missions by his manager, such a technological watch,

project management, R&D and prospective topics.


· Engineering master student in Electronics/Telecommunications/Embedded Systems /Computer sciences fields looking for an internship or a graduation project

· Background in MCU programing and embedded systems designing.

· Knowledge about wireless protocol is a Str0ng advantage

· English writing and speaking skills compulsory

· French or Chinese skills are highly appreciated

· Interest for start-up and fast moving companies

· Initiative and thinking outside the box abilities are highly appreciated

· Team work abilities

· Str0ng interest in consumer connected objects and IoT

Starting Date: Beginning of 2018

Location: Zhuanqiao, Shanghai - CHINA

Duration: From 3 to 6 months
